The eye of the Mighty King Trout, the largest, the most tyrannical, the most intelligent, and the most violent of the big trouts, still holding the creature’s dominating glare.
As an action you may speak the command word and target a creature within 15 feet of you. The eye can have up to three marks at a time, and when you mark a creature past the third the earliest mark is lost. A mark immediately ends if the creature dies, or if the spell Remove Curse is cast on the marked creature.
As a bonus action you can close your eyes and see through the eyes of any of the three creatures the baneful eye has marked, for up to 1 minute. At the end of the duration, the creature must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, becoming aware that it was being watched and immune to the eye’s effect for 24 hours on a success.
While you see through their eyes, you can cast the spells bless or bane (DC 15), without expending a spell slot, targeting the marked creature and creatures that it can see. You may use this feature twice, regaining all uses at dawn.
